Pauline Stark is a principal owner of The Alternative Group. For the past 25 years Pauline has worked in management, development of marketing plans, business development, product development, and marketing and sales both nationally and internationally. Pauline has experience in the financial industry, software industry, Internet services including eCommerce, and grant research/writing for not-for profits and for profit businesses. She is currently a member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Presidents Club, the Millard Business Association, and the American Marketing Association and has served as President of the Business and Professional Women organization and President of the Domestic Abuse organization in
Lauralee Miller, partner
Lauralee Miller is a co-founder of the company and along with her business partner is responsible for running the company and assisting other organizations with business and marketing planning. For over 25 years, Lauralee has held positions in management and marketing at companies including First Data Resources, ACI Worldwide and a family-owned business. She has been sought to manage marketing and sales strategy, public relations, tactical marketing, business development, product documentation, partner relationships, project management, and contract negotiations. With an extensive background in the software and financial industry, Lauralee has managed relationships and revenue programs with companies like HP, Sun, IBM, Diebold, NCR and other Top 500 businesses as well as small to medium sized companies throughout the
Lauralee served in the role of Marketing Chairperson for the Millard Business Association and has served on several non-profit boards and special committees including the ACI Customer Exchange (ACE) Board, ACI Publication Editorial Board, ACI Pricing Committee, BASE24 User Group, American Banker Technology Advisory Board and is a member of the American Marketing Association.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business majoring in marketing, Lauralee continues to believe education is important and continues to keep her skills current by attending industry and personal training.
